舒適的裝潢設計，就是必須照顧到每個家裡的的成員！這間 32 坪老屋中改造計畫中，設計師主要針對屋主需求重塑格局，考量到家中寵物特別規劃狗窩以及設定專屬的寵物飲食空間。而公領域改造上拆除原本的架高地坪，以玻璃活動拉門打造書房結合客房機能，成就完整開闊的客廳空間，能應因應各種生活需求。保留老屋的局部收納櫃，透過貼膜處理延續整體木系風格。主臥格局也進行重新配置，整合兩房後讓主臥擁有獨立更衣間；老舊衛浴翻新後強化防水、洗手台外移放大沐浴空間，打造家人與寵物共樂的美好生活。

The space evokes the feeling of a galaxy gently descending, with soft light illuminating every corner. The entryway cabinet, with clean lines and subtle cuts, gives off a gentle glow, resembling the early light of the universe. Dark-toned panels, natural marble, and matte metallic paint add a refined touch. The TV wall, with its marble texture, interacts beautifully with light and shadow. Indirect lighting and reflective materials contribute to a calm, spacious atmosphere, while the metal arc trim panels subtly catch the light, enhancing the overall ambiance.

The project achieves a soft and richly layered living atmosphere through the delicate integration of different materials. The overall color scheme is based on milky brown, which is warm and rich in detail, bringing a calm and warm texture to the space. The walls are covered with finely hand-brushed textured paint, subtly adding tactile layers, contrasting with the floor's imitation stone tiles that showcase natural patterns and delicate luster. The use of gold and silver sandstone elements cleverly adds a touch of refinement, striking a subtle balance between restraint and opulence.

The homeowner has a clear preference for colors and styles. The space is rendered in pure black, white, and gray, maintaining a minimalist and understated elegance with compromising depth. However, considering there are children in the family, the designers incorporated moderate warm light sources and contrasting materials to create a soft balance within the cool base tone. Reflective surfaces are used in the details, making the space dazzle like a brilliant Milky Way. To meet the functional needs of everyday life, ample storage design has also been a focal point in the planning.

The project “Graceful Bearing” symbolizes the elegance and delicate, jade-like texture of space shaped by the passage of time. The site is a 29-year-old apartment, where the owner aims to create a warm and comfortable retirement home. Therefore, the design team focused on integrating accessible spaces, planning smooth circulation, and ensuring a long-term comfortable living experience, blending the owner's personal characteristics and life philosophy. Through the use of materials and lighting design, they crafted a soft and layered living space.
